Project Management

Projects are critical to the success of any organization. They are the activities that result in new or changed products, services, environments, processes and organizations. Projects increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, improve the work environment, and result in other benefits. At ALLOG, Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time efforts, for example, construct a building or implement new systems. Project management includes developing a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are need, and associating budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes implementing the project plan, along with careful controls to stay on the "critical path", that is, to ensure the plan is being managed according to plan.

Our Project managers and their managers and clients are flexible and adaptable to be effective. Our PM’s recognizes that projects in different environments and of different types require variations on the basic PM principles. Our PM’s are effective at ad hoc adjustments, based on moment to moment assessments of current conditions, within the context of a comprehensive plan created using sound and consistent methods and relevant cultural and past experiences Our PM’s requires collaborative efforts among project stakeholders (participants, clients and other interested parties).
